My name is Tracie. I may not seem too important to some people, but I am a princess! My father is the King of Kings. He loves me for who I am, who I wished I wasn't & who I aspire to be.
When I first started this blog, we had just pulled our oldest child out of public school. We enjoyed our homeschool journey for 3 years before sending them back to public school. Now, all these years later, all 3 of them are still in public school & thriving (at least on most days).
I believe I am a good mixture of modern day feminist with 50's style homemaker. I am a strong independent woman & I have confidence in knowing that I could make it on my own if I ever had too, but I hope that day never comes. My husband is the head & the foundation of our family, but I enjoy being the heart. I have grown to enjoy what a lot of women have worked so long to get away from.
I've learned so much in my time writing. And I hope I have become a much better person along the way.
I want you to feel at home with my story & I hope you enjoy your stay with us. Please feel free to leave me a comment. I enjoy reading them!
I have realized that through it all, man will let you down, friends will let you down, & you will let yourself down more times than you can ever count. God will never let us down. BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I AM WHAT I AM!
