Plexus Slim - Plexus 96 Shake Recipes part 1

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my PINK DRINK!

If you haven't tried Plexus Slim, you really should! Just one pink drink a day, & you could start losing weight & inches. That's only half of the good news about Plexus! It also gives you more energy and makes you feel better in general. Some people are even starting to come off of their heart meds, insulin, & pain pills. They are seeing their blood pressure & cholesterol return to a healthy number.

Thankfully, Plexus Slim is not a strict diet plan. You don't HAVE to eat food that tastes like cardboard. You don't HAVE to starve yourself. You don't HAVE to drink any of those chalky shakes.

BUT, Plexus has recently came up with something called Plexus 96. Plexus 96 has only 96 calories. It can be used as a meal replacement shake. It can also be included in various recipes as added protein. This product is the perfect choice for a busy lifestyle when you don't have time to cook & really don't want to go through the drive thru again!

Here are just a few of the various recipes you can try!

A Little Story

Let me tell you a little story about a little girl who has a problem. This girl has struggled with her weight her WHOLE life! She has tried many different diets, exercises, and anything else she can think of. She has made many bad decisions in her life including the foods she ate. She has let her weight define her. She has let it affect her self esteem. She has gotten discouraged. She has given up. She has quit caring.

Now, let me tell you the rest of the story. This little girl has finally overcome her problem. She has realized that her weight is just a number & it doesn't control who she is! She has realized that no matter what, the people that love her don't see her the same way she sees herself.

This little girl has also finally found something that WORKS! She has lost weight & inches with Plexus Slim. She has gained energy. She feels better. She no longer eats for comfort. She no longer craves sweets more than she wants real food. She no longer has a serious desire for Mt. Dew. This little girl has gained her confidence back. This little girl has taken control of her lifelong battle. This little girl has decided that once & for all, SHE WILL HAVE THE VICTORY!

In case you haven't figured it out, I am that little girl! Through God's grace & the help of Plexus Slim - Tracie Bauguess, I am finally winning this battle that so many other people also fight EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! If you are tired of fighting on your own, PLEASE let me help you!

If you are skeptical, you can try Plexus for a week for only $29 plus shipping. You CAN tell within a week just how much of a difference Plexus can make! People have lost anywhere from a few pounds to 10 pounds in those first 7 days. Me personally, I lost 8 pounds that week! And I KNEW that I would find a way somehow to continue using Plexus even though we are on one income!

I have now been taking Plexus for 7 weeks. I have lost 24 pounds and 24 inches! I feel better than I have in a long time. I put on a pair of jeans this weekend that I haven't been able to wear in over 4 years! Justin has lost 13 pounds & 16 inches in only 5 weeks as well.

Plexus Slim is truly changing lives! Not only is my family getting healthier, BUT Plexus is providing me with extra money just when we need it the most! I promote Plexus because I BELIEVE in it! NOT just to make money! I want to see just how much it can change your life as well!!!

If you want to try Plexus for a week, PLEASE let me know!!! I am even willing to throw in a little something extra just because I believe in it so much! IF for some reason, it doesn't work for you, there is a 60 day money back guarantee!

If you are interested in earning extra money without having to buy costly inventory, without having to do home parties, without having to make cold calls, without having to go door to door, PLEASE let me know!!! I am a stay at home homeschool mom. I don't see many people. I simply post when I can on Facebook & Twitter. My team is growing & my check for August was AMAZING!

SO, I ask you WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE????!!!!

Another Lesson Learned Through a Child's Eyes

As parents, we all know just how special our children are. They are blessings from God. They are put on this earth to make our lives a little brighter.

But how much more exciting is it when someone else realizes that your child is special as well.

I had the pleasure of getting to speak with one of Austin's teachers yesterday at his game. She asked how he was liking middle school. With a smile on my face, I told her of course he was enjoying it. He is making new friends, & getting along well with the old ones. He also seems to be a favorite among the girls. But that is nothing new in our world.

She told me what a good kid he was. Yeah, he is but he also has a smart mouth on him right now that I will be more than happy to get rid of.

She laughed about how he can be the"stud of all studs" out on the football field, but she gets to see another side to him. She then started telling me a story that brought tears to my eyes. She talked about how Austin had a gift from God unlike anything she has seen in over 20 years of teaching. She gave me peace & I finally understood WHY he needed to return to public school this year.

Austin has reached out to another kid in his class. This child is a little slower. He doesn't get things quite the way most children do. He doesn't understand everything that is put before him. Austin has realized this & has taken it upon himself to make sure that this child gets whatever the assignment is. Before he even begins his own work, Austin re explains the task to this child & through Austin's help, this child GETS IT!

This teacher went on to say that Austin doesn't even pay attention to the fact that this child is different. He sees him through God's eyes. He doesn't allow the other students opinions to influence how he treats him. She has never seen this type of bond in all her years of teaching & she KNOWS this is a gift from God.

I was reminded of yet another lesson yesterday. Not everything we do is always about us. More often than not, the decisions we make affect those around us. And sometimes our sacrifices end up making a world of difference to someone we least expect.

No matter what the rest of the year holds, if Austin's sole purpose for returning to public school was to be a help to this one child, it was worth it.

This meant more to me than this teacher could possibly realize! The Austin that the world sees is silly, cool, competitive, & a flirt. The Austin that I know & love has the biggest heart of anyone I know when he allows himself to show it. He would rather argue than accept anything that he is told to do. But he is still quick to say "yes ma'am". He lives to pick on his sister. But will be the first to take up for her or help her if she is hurt. He is becoming an amazing young man even though we have to pick through the junk to find him sometimes.

And The Mountain Gets Steeper

I just told you about the roller coaster of life I have been riding.......but, wait, there's more!

I've always heard that if you are not currently in a valley, hold on because there's one just ahead. Well, I guess we should have known. Things were peaceful for far too long.

The bombshell dropped on us today.....Justin is losing his job! Oh, you read that correct. This wonderful job that he has already been threatened with losing 3 or 4 times now. Yep, seems to be true this time. Oh & the kicker, he only has 2 weeks left. Thanks for the notice.

It's ok. We were just talking the other day about this not being a permanent career. The money is nice, but the stress of not knowing what the future holds for factory life stinks.

Yes, I am bummed! Yes, I am stressed! Yes, I have already cried buckets of tears!

"BUT MY GOD SHALL SUPPLY ALL YOUR NEED ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES IN GLORY THROUGH CHRIST JESUS."

I KNOW that God has us in the palm of His hand. I KNOW that "all things work together for good to them that love God."

I KNOW that the "effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

I KNOW that "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

I KNOW that "we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us."

I KNOW that "God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."

I KNOW that if I "have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."

I KNOW that Jesus is "even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us."

I also know that the deeper the valley, the steeper the climb, the sweeter the victory! I WILL NOT give the devil ANY satisfaction through my trials!

EVEN WHEN I DON'T SEE, I STILL BELIEVE!!!!

How is THAT Justified?

I am VERY angry right now.

Our public school system STINKS!

PLEASE tell me how it is justified that just because a boy chooses to call a girl a whore & she fights back, she gets in trouble & he gets a slap on the wrist!

Oh wait, I know.....He's a BOY! And a FOOTBALL CAPTAIN! That's how!

Yes, I understand that violence is unacceptable at school, but do you HONESTLY expect someone to sit there & do NOTHING!

This is why our daughters believe they are worthless & our sons believe they are untouchable! This falls back on failure somewhere along the line by parents not teaching respect!

Yes, my niece is suspended for 2 days while this jerk gets to still be at school. But, I would tell her to do it 100 times over again just to keep someone from running over her!

God help our future generations!

Give & Take, Up & Down

It has been a roller coaster ride around here lately. You know the kind.....climb, climb, slowly, steady, jerky, climb. Wait, what's over that hill, I can't see. Oh .... AHHHHH, down super fast, jerk to the left, jerk to the right. Up, up again. Oh, loop de loop. Hold on, I left my stomach back there! Round and round and round and round. Screech to a halt.

Have you ever been there?

Its been so wild that I am starting to get dizzy.

Good news - my Plexus Slim business is booming! I completely believe that God opened that door at just the right time. My first month's check will be to the tune of $$$$. Yes, that's 4 digits!

More good news - Justin has been praying for an opportunity to get inside the local high school in the hopes of being a witness. Out of the blue, someone called him & asked him if he wanted to be the athletic trainer for the football team there! We really struggled with this decision. Yes, it was the perfect opportunity to reach out to these students. It could provide a good lesson for Austin as he got to watch the older boys play football. It would provide $$$$. Yep, another 4 digits. BUT, it would be VERY time consuming. Justin would work his regular job from 6am - 2:30pm, then go straight to the high school until at least 6pm, then help coach Austin's team until 8pm. Plus attending every Varsity & JV game both home & away. The only time I would see him would be over a football field or right before falling into bed. After much thought & prayer, he accepted the position.

More good news - we had a little extra money come in from scrap metal.

I was SO LOOKING FORWARD to paying off some bills, getting caught up, & even getting ahead - something we haven't been able to do in quite a while.

WRONG AGAIN! God had other plans for that money.

Bad news - the gauges in my Suburban are going haywire again. We need to have it looked at, but.....

Even worse news - Justin's truck left him stranded on the way to work one day last week. It. Just. DIED. After messing with it a few days in our garage, they gave up & took it to a local body shop where it has been ever since. Oh, they finally figured it out. And it is going to cost WAY TOO MUCH!!! At least $2500.

Truthfully, God has already provided most of it, but its just depressing that we have to use it for that!

There are a few thoughts that have stuck out in my mind even through the uncertainty.

"The Lord giveth, He taketh away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. I've served Him before & I'll serve Him today. Blessed be the name of the Lord."

I have fallen in love with a song called "I Kept On Praying". It talks about Daniel continually praying, Satan reminding him that God hasn't heard him, & finally God showing up to tell Daniel that He heard him from the first day.

A friend reminded me that there will be plenty of time to catch up & get ahead. And if time runs out, we are off to bigger & better things! Then someone else can worry about my bills!

Even when we don't understand, God has it all under control! Its just hard to accept that sometimes.

Tales of a Homeschool Nothing ~ Back To School?

....... um ....... NOPE! Not yet!

I was really hoping to start back on Tuesday Sept 3. BUT, if I don't get my butt in gear, That's NOT going to happen! I have still yet to plan ONE SINGLE THING!!! Oh My!!

Public school started back this week. Just in case you missed my big announcement a few weeks ago, my oldest decided it was time to rejoin his peers in the brainwashing process. (I'm just kidding!)

I can joke about public school & still be supportive!

I truly believe this will be a good change for Austin. He was ready. And I'm proud of him for knowing what he wants & going after it. But I do miss him like crazy!

So anyway, I have tried to catch up on various others things this week, but it feels like I am just spinning my wheels. I have completely fallen victim to (& LOVING every minute of it) allowing Logan to take a nap in my bed every day (with me in there with him!). I have come to crave this quiet time almost as much as he does.

We'll see just how much I can get done over the weekend in the hopes that we can start school next week. Don't hold your breath though!

Dear Class of 2021

You started your senior year like every one of us, holding your breathe. You didn't know what would happen, what would come next. You di...
